Review of Japanese for Everyone by Paul Denisowski

Japanese for Everyone is a pretty good beginner's textbook -- realistic dialogs, clear explanations of grammer with examples, lots of exercises, etc. One of the best features of this book is that the ANSWERS to all the exercises are printed in the back -- very important for self-instruction. The book is also very visually pleasing, with illustrations, etc., though I do agree with some people that the layout is a bit "busy" (too much material on one page). Insofar as the tapes (4) are concerned, they only have the dialogs, reading comprehension and listening comprehension recorded on them. The exercises are not recorded (a la Jordan).
